PrepaYd Wireless, a wireless service provider, announced its service agreement with Emida Technologies, a provider of prepaid products and payment processing platforms.

As per the agreement, Emida will be distributing PrepaYd Wireless' products and services through its U.S. distribution channel.

The strategic deal will enable PrepaYd Wireless, a wholly owned subsidiary of PrepaYd Inc., to leverage Emida’s network of more than 46,000 retail points with a payment volume in excess of $1.4 billion, processing more than 180 million payment transactions.

Emida currently operates in 36 countries throughout North, Central and South America, the extended Caribbean, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East and Europe. PrepaYd Wireless operates only in the United States and intends to use Emida's vast United States presence.

PrepaYd Wireless was launched in early December as a Nationwide Wireless Service Provider offering no contract wireless service plans and mobile devices. The "Y Pay More" no contract plan includes Unlimited Talk, Text, and 3G Data for $40 a month and includes a free mobile device while supplies last. 

This is a win-win deal for these companies. Emida's transaction software provides carriers, like PrepaYd Wireless, with an automated method of dispensing prepaid products and services. It provides PrepaYd Wireless with access to Emida's network of distribution partners.

Emida also gives PrepaYd Wireless accessibility to thousands of potential PrepaYd retail locations that can be used to market, promote and to establish PrepaYd Wireless Service.
